Each orthotic is fully customizable, full sole, half sole, specialty orthotic for high heeled shoes, childrens sizes and more types for other foot related conditions.  There are a number of different options, which determines the price.  Sole Supports are very afforadble. Typical cost is between $200 to $350 dollars.
